Expanding to Portugal with kersch.pt
Bringing ServiceNow consulting to Portugal with a focus on digital change management and advisory services.
After establishing kersch.services in the US, I launched kersch.pt to bring the same ServiceNow expertise to Portugal and the European market.
The European ServiceNow landscape is different from the US. Companies here are often earlier in their digital transformation journey, which means the work is less about optimizing existing setups and more about getting the foundation right from the start. Digital change management and advisory services are a bigger part of the work — helping organizations understand what ServiceNow can do for them before diving into implementation.
I’ve also been building platform accelerators — pre-built configurations and workflows that speed up common deployment patterns. It’s the kind of thing that saves weeks of setup time and lets us focus on the parts that actually need to be custom.
Living in Lisbon while doing this work has been great. The tech community here is growing fast, and there’s a real appetite for modernizing enterprise tooling.
